New in Claude Code: Sessions Can Now Message Each Other

Claude Code officially announced a new feature allowing different sessions to communicate with each other. Instead of re-explaining context in a new session, users can now instruct Claude to send a summary to another session, which then picks up the task mid-way. The mechanism shares a task summary rather than full history or files.
