Google is reshuffling its AI strategy, with co-founder Sergey Brin taking back the reins while DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis steps aside, according to the Financial Times.
Brin had effectively retired but was pulled back into action by Google's struggles in the AI race. Ironically, the Gemini crisis has turned the co-founder into one of the most influential voices shaping Google's AI strategy once again.
