Fixing Bugs While Cooking: Every Tests ChatGPT Voice Mode
every · x · 2026-08-07
The Every team recently conducted deep tests of ChatGPT's voice mode to explore getting real work done away from the keyboard. Powered by the GPT-Live model, users can use natural conversation to fix code bugs, draft article outlines, book flights, and orchestrate agents while cooking or cleaning.
Tests show that while voice mode has massive potential for multitasking and agent orchestration, its rough edges become apparent quickly when used for complex, real-world tasks.
