Hadrian Closes $1.37B Series D to Advance Factory Autonomy with Physical AI

Automation manufacturing startup Hadrian announced a $1.37 billion Series D funding round. The company plans to reinvest the funds to meet generational demand for its Factories-as-a-Service and Opus, its physical AI platform for factory autonomy. The capital will also support full-stack munitions production, advanced foundries, international expansion, and drone dominance, while increasing equity stakes for its workforce.
