tinygrad Team Building GPU-native RTOS and Shader Compiler

The tinygrad team is developing a new GPU runtime environment featuring a shader compiler, a GPU-native interpreter, and a GPU-native RTOS.
In this architecture, the CPU is used only for startup and I/O, while the GPU runs persistently. Its biggest feature is the ability to guarantee isochronous execution, making hard real-time determinism incredibly cheap to verify. This is crucial for safety-critical and mission-critical environments where stutters are unacceptable.
