The OpenAI Devs account shared a new workflow for Codex's Voice mode. Developers can talk through ideas with the AI, and once the concept takes shape, the voice assistant can automatically spin up a new Codex session to start the actual work. The voice chat also acts as a 'manager' that can check in on the status of other parallel threads.
