Claude Builds 3D Downhill Racing Game with Zero External Assets via Procedural Generation
prasenx · x · 2026-08-06
A developer showcased redrock, a 3D downhill racing game entirely generated by Claude. Built on Three.js, its standout feature is having zero external assets—all 3D models, textures, audio, and fonts are procedurally generated in code at runtime.
The game features AI opponents and a roughly 5.6 km long track. Visually, it adopts a cel-shaded comic-book look with thick black outlines and exaggerated dust effects. The developer has open-sourced the project on GitHub, including the AI prompt used for generation.
