Jeff Dean Co-founds Discovery Loop to Automate Machine Learning and Science

Google legend Jeff Dean announced the founding of Discovery Loop, a Public Benefit Corporation, alongside longtime collaborators Sanjay Ghemawat, Oriol Vinyals, and Quoc Le. The startup's mission is to automate machine learning, science, and engineering to accelerate discoveries and progress.
The four founders have worked together for 14 to 30 years, helping build some of the world's most used products, infrastructure, and AI models. Lightspeed Venture Partners shared their excitement in backing the team from day one.
