Google CEO Sundar Pichai tweeted his appreciation for Jeff Dean following an incredible 27-year run at Google. Dean is departing to start a public benefit corporation with Sanjay Ghemawat, focused on accelerating discoveries across ML, science, and engineering. Google will support the new venture as a founding investor and Cloud partner.
