Tianjin Atomrobot has upgraded its wheeled dual-arm humanoid robot, ATOM 01, designed for small-batch flexible production and automating complex factory environments.
Key Hardware Specs:
- Waist Structure: Utilizes a Stewart parallel mechanism with a 200kg payload. It supports pitching and twisting, addressing the lack of flexibility in traditional robot waists.
- Arms & DOF: Features 26 degrees of freedom. Each 7-axis arm has a 12.5kg payload and a 686mm reach.
- End Effectors: Features a hot-swappable design to quickly switch between heavy two-finger grippers and five-finger dexterous hands for precision assembly.
- Chassis & Navigation: Dual steering-wheel drive with zero turning radius. Uses laser SLAM fused with vision for autonomous mapping and localization in new workshops without magnetic strips or QR codes.
The robot can collaborate with production equipment, AMRs, and material racks, making it suitable for warehouse restocking, line-side loading, and hazardous-area inspections.
