Robotics developer NickBuilds11 announced that the new mobile manipulator Sourccey will launch this August. The project focuses on affordability and out-of-the-box readiness, featuring fully open-source hardware and software compatible with Hugging Face's LeRobot.
The robot comes pre-loaded with an AI model and training data for laundry folding, along with autonomous navigation capabilities. It aims to lower the barrier to entry for physical AI, allowing developers to advance embodied AI projects from day one.
