52% of Dubai's Financial Firms Use AI, But 20% Lack Oversight Clarity

Dubai's regulator reported that 52% of regulated financial firms used AI last year, a significant increase from one-third previously.
However, rapid adoption is accompanied by governance blind spots: more than one in five (>20%) surveyed firms could not specify who is responsible for AI oversight and regulation within their organization.
