Embodied AI startup Poke Robot announced a $100 million Pre-A funding round led by Shunwei Capital and Matrix Partners. Founded just four months ago, the company focuses on the consumer home sector, aiming to build a general robotic 'brain' capable of executing complex, long-horizon tasks.

Technologically, Poke built a tripartite flywheel combining a World Action Model (WAM), full-link Reinforcement Learning (RL), and high-quality real-world DATA. Its proprietary UAG architecture integrates RL throughout pre-training and deployment, significantly boosting training efficiency. The company has previously showcased robots autonomously cooking Mapo Tofu.

As hardware supply chains mature, the core battleground in home embodied AI is shifting towards the R&D speed of physical brains and data loop capabilities.
