NotNativeAgent: An Open-Source Local Agent Harness for 100% Offline Use

A developer has released NotNativeAgent, an open-source agent harness designed to run 100% offline using entirely local models.
Built combining various open-source tools, the project is currently in an early stage and the author is seeking community testing and feedback. Additionally, the author developed a companion memory MCP server called NotNativeMemory, which integrates with the framework to provide enhanced context memory capabilities.
