NVIDIA Open-Sources CuTe Algebra and Compiler Stack to Boost AI Kernel Agents

NVIDIA has open-sourced CuTe's algebra, merging it into CUTLASS as part of a new compiler stack. CuTe is the foundational algebra powering FlashAttention and much of PyTorch's fastest kernel code.
Key Releases:
- PyCuTe: A native-Python reference implementation.
- CuTe IR: An MLIR dialect merged into CUTLASS.
This allows engineers to learn the algebra once and apply it across hardware generations and kernel types. It also provides a massive boost for AI agents writing real kernel code, such as the KernelEvolve project.
