Flue Integrates Cloudflare Computer for Durable AI Agent Sandboxes
ritakozlov · x · 2026-08-05
The Flue framework announced support for Cloudflare Computer, introducing a new sandbox execution environment for AI coding agents.
The core philosophy of this integration is to separate the "hands" (the sandbox/where work is done) from the "brain" (the harness runtime/what drives the work). The Cloudflare Computer adapter wraps a SQLite-backed virtual filesystem inside the agent's own Durable Object, executing standard commands like bash through a Dynamic Worker without relying on traditional containers. Currently in early preview, the feature is suitable for experiments and prototypes.
