Open-source /label plugin auto-names and colors Claude Code sessions in one step

Developer hermanschutte released claude-session-label, an open-source plugin that replaces manual /rename and /color in Claude Code. Typing /label reads the session, picks a kebab-case name (e.g. fix-login-redirect) and a color matching the work type, then applies both automatically. Installable via the plugin marketplace in terminal, shell, or desktop app.
