He argues that if a founder can maintain stellar business performance despite a heavy public schedule, they've built an incredible team. However, if the business is struggling, it’s time to reassess their time allocation. He emphasizes that while VCs have the bandwidth for events, founders should have zero time for them unless the appearance is needle-moving for the company.
