LightSeek backs open models as Jensen Huang says both open and closed matter

LightSeek Foundation says it supports open models, echoing Jensen Huang’s recent Nvidia-backed letter arguing that the world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.
The quoted letter says open models can improve safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation, and support sovereignty, while AI will transform every industry and be built by every country.
