Maximum raises $30M seed to replace bank core systems with an AI-native OS

Maximum raised a $30M seed round led by CRV to build an AI-native operating system for banks. The company says it aims to replace legacy bank core systems from FIS, Fiserv, and Jack Henry, and that its first full bank-core migration is already underway. Founder Randya Fernando is a three-time founder with two prior exits, including sales to Acorns and Marqeta.
