Enterprises may want to own their AI stack

Harry Stebbings argues that many enterprises will eventually want AI sovereignty: control over the whole supply chain, from the model to fine-tuning and deployment.

The post also points to a broader discussion about open models, China’s progress in that space, cybersecurity concerns, and the idea that many AI startups are really research projects that may not survive.
