Qwen 3.8 Max Outperforms Fable 5 in 3D Physics Scene Generation at 1/7 the Cost

A recent test evaluated the ability of LLMs to generate complex 3D physics scenes. The models were tasked with creating three self-contained HTML files simulating a marble machine, a car assembly line, and a sawmill, requiring accurate object state, collisions, and geometry.
Qwen 3.8 Max produced scenes with significantly better details, textures, and shadows. It consumed 46.6K tokens at a cost of $0.28. In contrast, Fable 5 opted for a quick but rough prototype (e.g., marbles appearing out of nowhere), consuming 38.7K tokens at a cost of $1.93. Qwen delivered superior visual quality and physical logic at roughly 1/7th the cost of Fable 5.
