Qwen Open-Sources First Max-Class Model, Exceeding 2T Parameters

Qwen has reached a major open-source milestone by releasing its first Max-class model.
This marks only the second open-weight model to exceed 2 trillion parameters, following Kimi-K3. The author also expresses hope that the model will eventually adopt a more permissive MIT license.
