Tech founders are currently expressing high demand for 'forward-deployed' AI Product Managers. The industry perceives the ideal candidate as a mythical profile combining a solid Computer Science background with sharp business logic.
However, such hybrid talents with both hardcore technical and business operations experience are extremely rare. Consequently, companies cannot simply rely on direct market hiring but must intentionally train and develop these individuals through internal, systematic practices.
