A small team used AI to screen resumes for an open admin role and cut the interview pool from about 20 applicants to 5.
The poster says many applicants did not read the job description, so they let AI score responses against the actual requirements before doing a manual review of the best fits. The result was a faster first screen and an eventual hire that started strong.
