OpenCode issue proposes adding MCP server management to the TUI
The OpenCode project is asking for a /mcps dialog that can add and remove MCP servers at runtime, not just toggle existing ones on and off. The proposed workflow would let users:
- press Ctrl+A to add a server by choosing type, name, and connection details
- press Ctrl+D to remove the selected server and clean up its connection
- persist both changes back to opencode.json / opencode.jsonc without destroying comments or formatting
The motivation is to avoid leaving the TUI, editing config files by hand, and restarting OpenCode in the middle of a session when a new local or remote tool server is needed.
