OpenHands Canvas can launch chats with plugins already attached

OpenHands Canvas can now start a conversation with an already attached plugin, and the Settings panel now surfaces update checks, upgrade commands, and release-note links.
The screenshots also show better plugin ergonomics: restart a conversation after installing a skill, inspect plugin files before using them, and use Retry or Re-authorize to recover unhealthy integrations.
