A two-stage Qwen-Image-Edit + Krea 2 Turbo workflow for OpenPose control
JahJedi · reddit · 2026-07-24
The author shares a two-stage image workflow for getting OpenPose working with Krea 2: first use Qwen-Image-Edit to lock the pose or other structural guidance, then run Krea 2 Turbo as an img2img refinement pass for realism and detail.
The workflow supports OpenPose or DWPose, can also swap in depth/canny/lineart-style controls, and accepts up to three images for subject, pose, and optional style/background references. The author says they run both models on a 96 GB GPU, but can also unload one model and run them sequentially on smaller hardware. They shared the prompts, notes, and a full-res gallery on Hugging Face.
