Intel says server CPUs are flying, raises FY26 capex to $20B after Q2 beat
Intel’s Q2 FY26 results came in above expectations on multiple lines:
- Revenue: $16.1B vs. $14.5B expected
- Adjusted EPS: $0.42 vs. $0.22 expected
- Adjusted gross margin: 41.8%, up 1,210 bps YoY
- Operating cash flow: $7.0B
The company also raised FY26 capex to $20B from $18B. Segment revenue highlights show strong growth in data center and foundry-related lines, including DCAI at $6.3B (+59% YoY) and Intel Foundry at $5.8B (+31% YoY).
For Q3, Intel guided revenue of $15.8B–$16.8B, again above consensus.
