A post comparing AMD and Nvidia’s HBM4 specs says Nvidia’s HBM4 reaches 10.7 Gbps per pin, while AMD’s comes in at 7.5 Gbps per pin.
The image also shows AMD’s Helios Compute Architecture slide for Instinct MI455X, highlighting 432 GB HBM4 capacity, 23.3 TB/s bandwidth, and a 2nm / 3nm process claim.
