HubSpot has officially launched its Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta. The Agent Builder enables users to create chat-style agents or agentic workflows using custom data, tools, and prompts. The feature is designed to mix and match with HubSpot's existing robust workflow tools, marking a major step for mainstream SaaS platforms embracing AI agents.
