World models may reshape innovation this decade, not the 2030s, says J.T. Lonsdale

J.T. Lonsdale says his view on world models has shifted sharply: a year ago he expected them to become disruptive sometime in the 2030s, but now he thinks they will have a major impact this decade.
He argues that these models could accelerate innovation and even contribute to disinflation by 2030, calling Generalist “awesome” and bullish on the broader direction.
