Tesla should slow Robotaxi rollout and scale Cybercab methodically, poster argues
JOBhakdi · x · 2026-07-23
The poster says they are not talking about Tesla’s merger story, but about the company gradually pulling ahead on Optimus and Robotaxi, with no real competition visible for either product.
Their view is that accelerating too aggressively would only add risk and sacrifice safer future wins. Instead, Tesla should keep building Robotaxi infrastructure and scale Cybercab methodically, holding rollout until every box is checked. In that framing, a more cautious path is rational — even if it is temporarily bad for the stock.
