Amp agents can now schedule themselves and resume long-running tasks automatically

Amp can now let agents set their own schedules and wake themselves up. When a schedule fires, the agent resumes with its saved prompt, full context, and history.
The examples show practical long-running workflows:
- every morning, inspect the five slowest database queries from the last 24 hours and DM the results in Slack;
- merge code, then remind someone in Slack two days later to clean up a feature flag;
- keep checking a backfill job thread every ten minutes and alert when it stalls;
- run hourly incident triage, group related errors, and spin up follow-up fix threads.
Amp says the feature works well with Slack, Puck, and spawning other agents.
