Reuters says Intel and AMD are signing longer-term purchase commitments with Chinese server customers as data-center CPU prices keep rising.
The report says month-on-month increases have topped 10% for some server processors, with some prices continuing to climb in China. It’s a useful read on how tight supply and demand are affecting the data-center CPU market.
