SandsDX says its AI-native operation runs in Claude Code with six agents

A LinkedIn screenshot shows SandsDX founder Page Sands describing how the company evolved into an AI-native operation led by him and six agents.
The setup reportedly runs inside Claude Code on an operating layer called HQ, which stores:
- shared context
- ICP definitions
- voice guidelines
- policies
- a vault for API keys so agents can use them
The post presents HQ as the coordination layer that lets several agents work with the same operating context.
