HeyGen adds companion mode for approval-based video generation
aftahi_ai · x · 2026-07-23
HeyGen is rolling out companion mode, which it describes as the difference between ordering a video and directing one.
The workflow lets an agent propose multiple angles, sync on a storyboard, and sketch frames for review before anything is built. The post frames this as an approval-based generation flow where the user stays in control at each step.
