Claude Code v2.1.211
This update focuses on tooling, session reliability, and runtime fixes:
- Added --forward-subagent-text and CLAUDECODEFORWARDSUBAGENTTEXT so subagent text and thinking can appear in stream-json output.
- Hardened permission previews against bidirectional-override, zero-width, and look-alike quote characters.
- Fixed auto mode overriding a hook’s ask decision for unsandboxed Bash.
- Fixed multiple session and integration bugs, including parallel logouts after sleep, MCP server reconnects after idle wake, model fallback noise on Vertex/Bedrock, subagent model override persistence, nested rules loading, file upload validation, Chrome uploads from remote/CLI, startup hangs, delayed UI updates, /loop breaking /resume, and screen-reader bell behavior.
