Claude Code 2.1.216 adds a new sandbox.filesystem.disabled setting, letting users skip filesystem isolation while keeping network egress control.
Other fixes include:
- removing an unrelated Bun HMR log line from the prompt context to reduce noise
- fixing quadratic message-normalization slowdowns in long sessions that caused multi-second stalls
- fixing false command denials in auto mode after HTTP 401 classifier errors
