LLMs are now part of white-collar work by default

The author argues that white-collar work is increasingly routed through LLMs, even for people who do not personally use them. As a result, teams begin optimizing for outputs that will look good once summarized or judged by ChatGPT.
They think this shift is broadly useful, but it can also weaken critical thinking for lazy users while amplifying highly driven people. The post frames AI as a force multiplier whose effect depends heavily on the user's discipline.
