He emphasizes that "cognitive capabilities" include not only common reasoning and knowledge but also more granular skills like mastering the tacit knowledge inside the minds of TSMC experts and emotional intelligence. However, for AI to become transformative, it doesn't require every single human cognitive ability to be perfectly replicated.
