SHELLS: Reconstructing 3D Heads in 0.08 Seconds

The SIGGRAPH 2026 paper SHELLS introduces a multi-view 3D head reconstruction method capable of recovering a 3D head from multiple images in just 0.08 seconds.

By utilizing DinoV2 to enhance feature representation, the method is 3.5 times faster than traditional approaches while reducing GPU memory usage by 88%.
