Targon Unveils Home Inference Tower
markjeffrey · x · 2026-07-19
The Targon Tower is a high-performance computing rig designed for private home inference, priced between $50K and $200K.
The post and images showcase various configurations, such as setups with 8x NVIDIA RTX 5090, Pro6K, H100, or H200 GPUs, emphasizing the idea of "owning your compute at home."
Its selling point goes beyond local inference: when idle, you can press a button to rent out spare compute power to the Targon SN4 inference grid. The company claims that at current TAO prices, the device could pay for itself in about a year.
