Xcode Command Chain Upgraded to Structured Models

Xcode-related commands are now built on @bitrise's pbxproj and ExportOptions models.
Improvements include:
- Safer target/config version editing
- Recursive and lossless xcconfig reference handling
- Atomic, validated writes
- Structured JSON diff
- Automatic ExportOptions generation from archives
