ChatGPT Desktop Update: Sidebar and Mode Switching

OpenAI announced several adjustments to the ChatGPT desktop app based on extensive user feedback:
- The sidebar now displays chat history and projects, with Chat / Work history syncing across web, mobile, and desktop. However, local tasks remain exclusively on the desktop.
- It's now easier to switch between Chat and Work modes on desktop, aligning the display logic with the web and mobile apps.
- Codex mode remains unchanged, and OpenAI pledged to continue fixing minor issues while boosting performance and reliability.
