ChatGPT Desktop App Updates

The ChatGPT desktop app has received a batch of updates:
- Past chat histories and cloud projects are now placed in the sidebar
- Chat mode now appears not only in quick chat but also alongside work mode
- Additionally, various bugs have been fixed
This is primarily a product experience update rather than a model-level release.
