Robots Being "Blind" Is a Massive Problem

After watching China's T-800 robot battle, the poster noted that robots being "blind" (lacking perception) is a huge issue, adding that they already have some ideas for improvement.
This is typical robot demo feedback: the problem isn't the exterior, but the lack of sensory capabilities, and future optimization will heavily revolve around vision and perception.
