Musk Says X Will Open Source Entire Codebase

Elon Musk announced that after completing a security vulnerability review, X will open-source its entire codebase with no exceptions.
He added that X will invite third parties to review the system's operational status to verify that the live environment matches the open-source code. He emphasized that only "complete transparency" is worthy of trust.
