Claude Code Adds /goal Command

Claude Code's `/goal` command (v2.1.139) lets you declare a "completion condition," prompting Claude to continuously initiate new conversation turns until an evaluator confirms the goal is met. For tasks like long migrations or CI fixes, this eliminates the need to manually type `continue` every few minutes.
