ChatGPT Work Experiences Outage

Users reported that ChatGPT Work experienced an outage today: whether accessing existing projects, starting a new blank chat, or sending simple text prompts, it immediately throws a "network error occurred" message.
The post also mentioned that this issue occurs simultaneously on the desktop web and the latest iOS App; changing networks or restarting devices doesn't help. Regular ChatGPT conversations and local Codex sessions remain unaffected. After uninstalling the iOS App, the author even encountered an inability to log back in, even though the OpenAI status page still showed everything as operational.
